We had a pleasant stay in this hotel located in the heart of the city, right in front of a beautiful cathedral. The best aspects were the cleanliness, staff, and location. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Additionally, the hotel is located in a central location, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy various activities like dining at the nearby food court and shopping at the SPAR.
Nothing that we didn't like.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers easy access to the cathedral and other attractions. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is tasty with good variety, and the internet connection is reliable. Plus, there is a grocery store and food court right next door.
The elevator can be a bit slow during peak hours, causing frustration.

The hotel was located in the heart of the city, close to many restaurants, bars and shops, which made it a great location for exploring. the hotel offered free breakfast, which was a nice touch and helped us save money. the rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a good night's sleep.
The hotel lacked any outdoor space such as a garden or terrace, which was a downside as we would have loved to enjoy the warm weather outside. we found that the staff had limited English skills which made communication difficult at times.

During our Xmas stay, we enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms that offered a beautiful view of the city. The hotel's convenient location in the heart of the city made it easy for us to explore the nearby attractions. We also appreciated the free breakfast service which was delicious and had a variety to choose from.
We were disappointed by the unreliable wifi service, which didn't work in all areas of the room. The elevators that were shared with other offices of the building often had long waiting times, causing a delay in our travel plans.
